iBasis "Cellular IoT Data Top-Up" page on nRFCloud now fails with error

I'm trying to buy more data for my iBasis SIM cards that are provided with the nRF9160. I have 4 registered SIM cards and it was easy to buy more data through iBasis in the recent past.
Clicking on the "Click here to buy more data" link goes to a cloudfront.net page and errors with

System Error

Our system received an invalid repsonse[sic].

Your request has been aborted permanently due to a system error. The error has been reported to our system engineers and they are working on a resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

...iBasis has no visible support link, and telephoning the iBasis corporate HQ is like interacting with a trackless phone-tree void.
Please advise on how to add more data to the Nordic-provided iBasis SIM cards
