iBasis "Cellular IoT Data Top-Up" page on nRFCloud now fails with error

I'm trying to buy more data for my iBasis SIM cards that are provided with the nRF9160. I have 4 registered SIM cards and it was easy to buy more data through iBasis in the recent past.
Clicking on the "Click here to buy more data" link goes to a cloudfront.net page and errors with

System Error

Our system received an invalid repsonse[sic].

Your request has been aborted permanently due to a system error. The error has been reported to our system engineers and they are working on a resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

...iBasis has no visible support link, and telephoning the iBasis corporate HQ is like interacting with a trackless phone-tree void.
Please advise on how to add more data to the Nordic-provided iBasis SIM cards

    This issue is not the about of data remaining on a registered SIM card, but rather, the inability to buy more data through the Nordic-iBasis interface.

    This is a new issue I noticed in the past few weeks. Others have filed a ticket on this issue as well.

    Refreshing the page, or selecting the SIM cards and clicking the Refresh is not the problem.

    The issue can be replicated by clicking on the "Buy Data" link for a listed SIM card, then clicking on the "Click here" link as seen below

    The browser is referred to an error page, instead of displaying the page to buy more data.
