iBasis "Cellular IoT Data Top-Up" page on nRFCloud now fails with error

I'm trying to buy more data for my iBasis SIM cards that are provided with the nRF9160. I have 4 registered SIM cards and it was easy to buy more data through iBasis in the recent past.
Clicking on the "Click here to buy more data" link goes to a cloudfront.net page and errors with

System Error

Our system received an invalid repsonse[sic].

Your request has been aborted permanently due to a system error. The error has been reported to our system engineers and they are working on a resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

...iBasis has no visible support link, and telephoning the iBasis corporate HQ is like interacting with a trackless phone-tree void.
Please advise on how to add more data to the Nordic-provided iBasis SIM cards

  • Hi Cole, there is zero data left on that SIM, that's why I need to "Buy Data" for it. 
    The data remaining on registered SIMs is accurate.

    If one clicks on "Buy Data" then clicks on the "Click here" link (as seen in the previous post, above), the user will see an iBasis error page (as shown above).

    That's the issue at hand: we can't buy more data through the [broken] Nordic-iBasis pages on nRFCloud to "top up" our Nordic-provided iBasis SIM cards.
