I am not able to open nrf connect for desktop application in my system

I am not able to start nrf connect for desktop appilication after installing... it show the above when i try to open it..

Hi

Are you on a work computer and a work network that might have some restrictions to what apps you can use like a firewall or similar? Does it occur when you start the nRF Connect for Desktop launcher:

Or when you start either of the apps from the launcher?

In other cases of this issue, it has been sufficient to delete the hidden folder "C:\Users\[____\.nrfconnect-apps" and reinstalling nRF Connect for Desktop. 

Also, please confirm which version it is you're installing the app from and from where you downloaded it.
