Are you on a work computer and a work network that might have some restrictions to what apps you can use like a firewall or similar? Does it occur when you start the nRF Connect for Desktop launcher:
Or when you start either of the apps from the launcher?
In other cases of this issue, it has been sufficient to delete the hidden folder "C:\Users\[____\.nrfconnect-apps" and reinstalling nRF Connect for Desktop.
Also, please confirm which version it is you're installing the app from and from where you downloaded it.

1. I am working on Desktop and using my office network , so it is not causing any restrictions while downloading and installing it.
2. I am deleting the folder "C:\Users\[____\.nrfconnect-apps" and reinstalling nRF Connect for Desktop, but it is not opening at all.
3. I am downloading the latest one from nordicsemiconductor werbsite of version 5.2.0.
