Thingy 91 x Do not connect to the cloud

I have bought thingy 91 X for evaluation purposes

After activation of the Sim and, I have a constant green Led on

The device does not connect to the web application

Hello,

can you provide application logs and modem trace? What application are you running? Just modem shell?

I am using of the shelf, our of the BOX Thingy 91 X tracker application

According to the on line training: Introducing the Thingy:91 X – The Ultimate Cellular IoT Prototyping Platform - YouTube

After start up the box LED should blink in blue indication that device has connected to Nordic RF cloud, should be out of the box experience, But I am getting constant green LED, What does it mean ? according to the manual waiting for GPS info, is this correct ? Please me the commands you want me to insert so you can get the systems logs that you want to check

So it seems that the modem is connected but no data is transmitted to the cloud
