nrf_radio.h: nrf_radio_subscribe_get() and nrf_radio_publish_get() use the wrong offset

Hello,

sorry, do not know where to file a bug.

Bug is, that nrf_radio_subscribe_get() and nrf_radio_publish_get() use the wrong offset (0x80) instead of the correct one NRF_RADIO_DPPI_OFFSET.

If I have to open a pull request, let me know.

For the nRF5340 device, the addition of "+ 0x80" is correct, as the EVENTS_* are located 0x80 lower than the PUBLISH_* registers:

However, as you point out; this is not the case for nRF54L-series, where the difference is 0x100:

Looks like this should use "NRF_RADIO_DPPI_OFFSET" instead of a hardcoded value.

I will report this back to the nrfx team.
