54L15dk debug in is not woring

hi support team,

customer told me 54L15dk debug out is not able to program another 54L15 chip.

so i tried, 

1. A-54L15dk debug out program B-54L15dk debug in, failed.

2. B-54L15dk debug out program A-54L15dk debug in, failed.

3. 7002dk debug out program 54l15dk debug in, failed.

4. 54L15dk debug out program 7002dk debug in, OK.

 

from customer side, they want to using 54l15dk to program their products, i coud't find the problem, please help.

    Just to make sure we are on the same ground, the customer wants to use nRF54l14 DK to program other custom boards which have nRF54L15. If this is correct then wouldn't they need to use just Debug out port of DK ? 
    For debug in, I don't see any pre-soldered connector for Debug-in on the DK ( my dk version is 1.0.0). There is an empty place for soldering connector for debug-in use case. Not sure which version of DK you are using. Have you checked to see if the soldered connector is in correct place? as it is next to the Trace connector it can be confusing.

    my 54L15 dk is 0.9.1 and there is  a solder in dk as below, 

    according to customer, 54L15dk debug out is also not able to program their product, only chip swd interface.

  • To program an external board using the Debug out connector, make sure the SELECT pin is connected to GND on the external board. This connection tells the interface MCU to program the external target instead of the onboard SoC (dk SoC). Also make sure the voltage level on both boards are similar.
