How do I add FOTA update capabilibty to our custom smart phone app

We have custom  hadware which we can successfully added the bootloader. We can generate .bin files & bootload them via BLE using the Nordic devicemanger app on our smart phone

How do we add this capability you our own app?

We have written the app in Flutter. We were hopeping to find a dll / api which we could use add this support to our app.

Is the libarary used by your devicemanger availble? If so where is it?
