thing91x fingerprint ins no recognized

Hello,

After receiving thingy91x scanned the QR code on the prototype board i get the following message

Connection failed.

The fingerprint you have provided is not recognized, and we were unable to identify the device it belongs to.

Please double check that it is correct and try again.


registered a sim card
inserted the registered sim card
powered on the thingy91x, keeps blinking yellow

switched the onboard nrf91/53 switch
tried to check he nrfcloud page, same message

connected to nrf connect for desktop procedded with the quick start, same result

    Which SIM card did you use when you got this message?
    You can try to wait some longer time for activation. In addition, you could try to turn off/on your Thingy91X device.
