high frequency sQSPI support on nRF54L15

Hello,

We have been testing/validating sQSPI on nRF54L15.

We tested the sQSPI on two versions of our nRF54L15DK (0.9.2 and 0.9.3). 

We are using this sample app: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/tree/main/samples/drivers/spi_flash 

And latest NCS 3.1.1 as of now.

sQSPI seems to work fine at lower frequency of 8 MHz.

However when we tested it at 64MHz, surprisingly only 0.9.2 version DK worked and 0.9.3 version DK did not work.

I understand from docs that 64 MHz sQSPI should work.

But we are not sure why sQSPI would not work on more latest 0.9.3 version DK.

Do you have any info on this or is this known issue?

Are we missing something on our 0.9.3 nRF54L15 DK or MX25R6435F flash that we should watch out for when using sQSPI at higher frequency?

 Not sure where this matrix is from, but are you still seeing the issue with the sQSPI, djgj ?

Have you updated the NCS version or are you seeing the same behaviour across NCS versions too?

The table is from MX25R6435F datasheet. It does not run fast in low power mode.
