Can we use UART2x/SPIM 2x instance using Port 2 pins for nRF54LM20A?

Hello,

    We are using nRF54LM20A and NCS3.1.1 for our current product development.

we were using PDK/DK for our development and we got the datasheet "nRF54LM20A_Preliminary_Datasheet_v0.5.pdf" 

Here it was mentioning about possibility to use shared peripherals of instances 00.

Essentially we wanted to use dedicated pins on for Port 2 for SPIM00 and UARTE00 and designed our board.

Now when we check the latest datasheet online we don't see this line about possibility of using peripherals of 00 ID

With our boards designed, is it possible to use SPIM00 and UARTE00 simultaneously in someway?

(or)

Is it possible to use instance of SPIM2x or UARTE2x on port 2 pins?

(or)

Is it possible to use sQSPI on nRF54LM20A yet?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. For pin assignments you can check this graphical guideline: (nRF54L Pin Planner | by Helmut Lord) to see if it is allowed to assign specific peripherals to specific pins/ Ports. By checking that, it is not allowed to assign UART2x or SPI2x to Port 2. Only UART 0 can be assigned to Port 2 on nRF54LM20A QFN.
