Recommendation for RESET Pin Connections for nPM2100 with nRF54L15

I plan on using the nPM2100 to power the nRF54L15. I'd like to confirm any recommended practices for using the reset pin of the nPM2100.

  1. nPM2100 PG/RESET to nRF54L15 nRESET Connection
Do you recommend connecting the PG/RESET pin directly to the nRESET pin on the nRF54L15 in typical designs? I understand the PG/RESET pin has multiple functions. I suppose in this arrangement it'd mainly be used for the hard reset functionality and the watchdog timeout functionality.

  2. Capacitor on nRF54L15 nRESET Pin
If I do connect the pins, are there any concerns with placing a small capacitor, say 10nF, on the nRESET line? I've typically done this for my nRF52832 designs.

Yes, that is what we recommend in the Application chapter of the datasheet.

I got informed that there are no concerns with that. The pull-up resistor of PG/RESET is 60 kohm, so the capacitor will slightly affect the rise time of the signal.
