Inquiry About Matter Firmware Update Testing with DCL Test Environment

Dear Nordic Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are reaching out to seek your guidance regarding an issue we’ve encountered while testing Matter firmware updates using the DCL test environment . We have confirmed that the firmware package can be successfully updated via a Raspberry Pi tool. However, when we upload the firmware to the DCL test server(https://TestNet.iotledger.io/) and fill in the relevant information, the Apple app does not automatically prompt the firmware update.

We followed the steps outlined in the document linked below but are unsure if we may have missed something or made an error in the process. Could you kindly share your experience or insights on this matter?

For reference, here is the information we filled in during the process:
[Provide details about the information you entered, e.g., firmware version, product identifiers, etc.]

Link to the document we referenced:

We would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have to help us resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and support.

  • Hi,

Just letting you know that I've inquired internally if anyone has any experience with this. For now I unfortunately don't have any advice or suggestions. This is however a public forum case so there might be other uses who has input to this.

I will update you if I have something more constructive from any potential internal discussions

    Kind regards,
    Andreas
