Does nRF54L15 support BLE stable modulation characteristics at 1Mb/s & 2 Mb/s..., if we meet related issue, how to debug on HW and SW side?

For nRF54L15 (CSP and QFN) design circuits, how to optimize the stable modulation issue?

What aspects should we consider to do failure analysis to debug this issue? For example, power rail, RF front-end, and matching circuits

Please help to provide relevant debugging documents or instructions

For Schematics and Layout, we follow the nRF54L15 RF Design circuits and related layout guidance.  we found the stable modulation issue failed at BLE 2M/s，board to board the consistence is not good, some can pass the test items but some brd failed.

1. Does nRF54L15 support stable modulation ? No relevant documentation explicitly claims to support this feature.

2. If we are to investigate this issue, where should we start? Do we have a debugging guide specifically for this problem？
