QSPI support availability for nRF54LM20B in nRF Connect SDK 3.3.0

Hi Nordic team,

I am using nRF54LM20DK with NCS v3.3.0 and trying to enable QSPI.

 However, there is no &qspi or &qspi20 node in DTS, and adding it causes build errors:

"undefined node label 'qspi/qspi20'"

 SPI works fine, but QSPI seems unavailable.

 Questions:

1. Is QSPI supported on nRF54LM20B?

2. If yes, what is the correct node name?

3. Any available examples?

Hi Subhiksha,

1. Is QSPI supported on nRF54LM20B?

Yes, QSPI is implemented as a soft peripheral. See sQSPI.

2. If yes, what is the correct node name?

No, you need to use "sqspi"

3. Any available examples?

You can refer to the board files for the nRF54L15 in the MCUboot SMP Server sample. This shows how it is done for nRF55L15, but can also be used as a reference for nRF54LM20. See this DevZone thread.
