The initiator also acknowledged that the power consumption was as shown in the screenshot.

If you want, I can do this myself, and try to use the PPK2 with two of our 54L15 DKs running our completely default CS samples, and give you the numbers they provide?
→If it's not too much trouble, could you please help me out? I don't have a PPK2, so I'd like to know the actual measurements.

This is from the initiatior running the CS samples, during which it continously gets results:

This is from the reflector:

It was a bit higher than I thought in the reflector, though considering that radio usage is what costs the most, which the sample is using continuously, it does make some sense. When radio is not in use, the reflector is able to save more power.
I get that this doesn't necessarily show what current consumption you might get in a realistic scenario, but does this help answer some of your questions?
