I tried to use difference Data Rate for testing the transmit distance. Don't know why using the 250k bit is worse than using the 2M bit & 1M bit. The distance will decrease around 20%.

Could you let me know which chip you are using ?

When switching to 250kbps, you would need to increase the timeslot period.

Also when sending with 250kbps, you actually may have more interference (from wifi for example) since the packet take longer time to be transmitted. I would suggest to test on different environments
