ping6 echo reply not received from nRF board.

We are using the NRF board to act as node. Samsung Galaxy S6 device is being used as the Router. We are trying to ping the node using ping6 command. The issue is that the ping6 command does not show reply back echo packet.

ping6 shows echo back only for local unicast address.

The following commands are used as mentioned here: infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp

The info center also mentions that "The device will only send an echo response message if the application supports it (for example, when using Nordic's stack)."

We wish to know the following:

1. The application mentioned above is the application required on Nordic board side?
2. Is there a sample application available from Nordic, which sends the echo response for multicast ping6?

How are you using Samsung Galaxy S6 as a router? What are the complete laser markings on the nRF51 chip? What example have you flashed to the nRF51? You are able to ping6 with the link-local IPv6 address of the nRF51? Have you setup RADVD to distribute a global prefix?
