Programming Nrf 51822 qfaa hx0 with 51dk on keil U5

Hi all,

So I want to give you a full description about what we are doing because we could not understand what we did wrong.

Our DK : dk-51 Soft Device : S130_v1 Our IC : nrf51822 qfaa hx0 so our flash (Rom) : 256kb and our RAM:16 kb We are using SDK: 10.00 (We also tried 11.00)

Interesting thing is when we use Arm mbed to compile we are successfully programming our module but struggling with keil

So could you explain us what should we do to program our module with keil.

If you are using SDK 10 you should use S130 v1, if you use SDK 11 you should use S130 v2. It seems you have changed the RAM setting in Keil correctly, but you haven't included any information what is actually not working. You get a compile error? Or is it something else?

i used Arm mbed with fm whatsapp download new version it works great compared to others
