PCA10040 jlink error

This should not be a sudden my PCA10040.

Jlink are probably going to have failed.

It does not appear in the USB Jlink to appear as Atmel.

Is there a way to recover Jlink?

Have you tried to flash the Atmel chip on your PCA10040? It slo appears that your running windows on a virtual machine? Is this correct? If so do you see this behaviour on a native windows machine as well, i.e. does it not show up as a JLink CDC UART Port?
