nRF52832 Bluetooth 5 features

Is there an overview which Bluetooth 5 features are supported by the nRF52832? e.g. higher datarate, or enhanced boradcast payload.

I have a nRF52832 dev board from beginning of 2017, do I need to update some firmware on it to get Bluetooth 5 feature support or how does it work exactly ?

I understand some features needed firmware updates, some silicon / hardware updates?

You just need to use the latest SDK / Softdevice, there the new features are supported
