Current during POR?

It there a specification for current draw during POR? (From time Vdd starts rising until cpu starts executing?) For nRF51 and 52.

I found this devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ that says they measured 500uA, but I can't find any product specification.

I want to calculate the energy used in watt-seconds during POR. I am using a battery-less power supply, a capacitor and solar cell.

This is not in the product spec. Not sure why. I did some measurements here on nRF52 and I can see about 300uA for about 1ms (t_POR,1us in spec) before the CPU starts executing.
