How to relate paring, bonding, BLE security, auto-reconnect with Peer Manager?

I have no clear concept about all those concepts, is there any tour or example clearly explain all of these?
At last my goal is that, I want to make my mobile phone app can automatically reconnected to BLE device(nRF52832) if user ever scanned/connected manually, I am not quite sure if this is the APP task or BLE device should do some preparing things to achieve that.

I'm not aware of anything that clearly explains all of those. Here is documentation overview, I recommend buying a book, if you don't enjoy the very technical Bluetooth specification. If you have specific questions feel free to ask them here, but then please try to be specific, and ask unrelated questions separately.

It is the central device, smart phone, that decides which device to connect to, so this is mainly an app task. You can test this with nRF Connect for Android, there you have a something called autoConnect.

Thanks for clarify autoConnect question, I have basic knowledge of BLE, while it will be better if there is an example that can explain pairing/bonding with security feature. will do more works on this. thanks!
