nrf51422 low voltage mode programming problem

Hi, I've migrate from 3V to 1.8v power supply. before the migration, using 3V power supply, DEC2 connected to 47nF directly to GND. after the migration, using1.8V power supply, DEC2 is now connected to 1.8V with 47nF.

After the migration, J-link cannot find the device, although that I've measured 1.8V on DEC2 pin.

what want wrong? do I missing something?

Which JLink are you using?

Note that the SEGGER JLink lite CortexM only support 3.3V. To program a device running on a different voltage than this, you should look at this one: www.segger.com/jlink_base.html

I found that the SEGGER JLink lite CortexM seems working alright even if the system voltage is 2.7v, is there any side effect?

Hi, any response to the question on side effect above? Is the JLINK Lite not supposed to work at all, if target voltage is not 3.3V?

It will not program the nRF. You'll need 3.3V (+/- 10%) for it to work properly.
