We were doing various tests using PCA10040. Then suddenly I can not connect to the PCA10040 board. In the boot loader mode of PCA10040 board, connection is made. What is the problem? How is it possible to recover to its original state?

ok.. in bootloader mode. JLink firmware reload...
May I ask if you have any idea of what might have caused this? What were you doing at the time? We are trying to figure out why this seems to happen once in awhile.
And what version of the PCA10040 do you have?
During test example "experimental_ble_app_cgms". It seems to have occurred while testing several button actions. PCA10040 version is V1.1.1.
Ok. Sounds very strange. There is actually an erase pin on the Segger chip which, if shorted to VDD, will erase the Segger firmware. However, in our experience this will brick the kit altogether. Is is possible that something has somehow been shorted? Otherwise there must be something in the programming algorithms or drivers.
We will continue to investigate. Thanks for you input.
