how to read and write to flash?

Hello friends. How to write a number to and read from internal flash. My information about the microcontroller is very weak. I use STM32F103RET6 . I test The following program but it did not work.

I found following program but my compiler (keil) shows Syntax error when insert :

Are you using a Nordic Semiconductor device, or just a STM32F103RET6? This site is only for support on Nordic devices. See more on the About page.
