Bonding fail and i don't know why

Hi All,

sometimes i have a problems with bonding: the Nordic APP said "Couldn't pair with xxxxxx because of an incorrect PIN or passkey".

Why i have this errors? What means?

i try to delete bonding information on both side (phone and nordic board) but continues to reject the passkey.

I would that if this errors occurs the bonding procedure can be done again.

Now i have load the softdevice new, and if i try to connect with phone give me an error Connection terminated peer ( status 19) and continue to disconnect. WHy this happend and how to menage this? I want a device just works.

Did you enter a PIN or passkey before receiving the error? Are you sure you entered the correct passkey? Which example are you using? Can you try the Glucose Application from the SDK, which is setup to require bonding?

i don't have èasskey to insert. I want use only a just work pairinig and bonding procedure. I have started with Gls_app SDK example and change the procedure of just works according this infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp

But sometimes give me this error.

How often do you get the error? Are you able to connect sometimes?

Is this the settings you have set in your application?

yes, i am able to connect. But sometimes when i try to delete bonding information on both side to test this features, i have this problem. And, also, try again to delete the bonding information i have this issue. And it's no possibility to connect with device. I have to delete softdevice and load again it. And it's not a solution on our product.
