nRFgo crashing on startup

I have a new PC (running 64 bit Windows 7) and am having issues after install nrfgo studio. I had it running previously on another windows 7 (64 bit) machine with no issues.

When I start it up this I get the following: nrfgocrashing.PNG

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, also updating the Jlink software tools, but it doesn't seem to work.

I also checked the registry and it points to the correct version of Jlink.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have other stuff connected via USB? Does Jlink commander or GDB server work?

Looks like a usb driver issue. Are you using any kind of usb hub or docking-station ?

No Dock just direct connect to the laptop. I did get a new laptop so if the internal USB hw has changed?

Just frustrating as i dont know how to solve the problem.

Are you able to upgrade the libusb library?

I think it should work version >= 1.0.8. :
