nRFgo crashing on startup

I have a new PC (running 64 bit Windows 7) and am having issues after install nrfgo studio. I had it running previously on another windows 7 (64 bit) machine with no issues.

When I start it up this I get the following: nrfgocrashing.PNG

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, also updating the Jlink software tools, but it doesn't seem to work.

I also checked the registry and it points to the correct version of Jlink.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No Dock just direct connect to the laptop. I did get a new laptop so if the internal USB hw has changed?

Just frustrating as i dont know how to solve the problem.
