unable to erase or flash the softdevice in custom board using nRF52DK.

I have used nrfgo studio, nrfjprog, jlink commander. Whenever i try, it is unable to find the jlinkarm.dll. i have checked the registry, reinstalled everything, but same error. Even soldered the pins on the custom board for connection. here is the nrfjprog log file.

Can you provide schematics of the custom board and connections, layout, and picture of the connections/setup?
