BAL-NRF0?D3 with nrf51422 and nrf51822 qfn48?

We are using the nrf51422 qfn 48 and nrf51822 qfn48 in a design.

I understand with the QFN48 we should use BAL-NRF01D3 devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../nrf51822-moving-from-the-wlcsp-to-the-qfn48

Our manufacture is suggesting this circuit with the BAL-NRF02D3 "ignore the dc-dc error"

Also I do not see mention of the BAL-NRF01D3 with either the nrf51822 or nrf51422 qfn datasheet. Perhaps I missed it.

It is correct nrf51x22 QFN48 should use BAL-NRF01D3 or discrete.

Other suggested solutions will require investigation.
