I cannot suffer this tool anymore. As u can see in the pic below, it provides a cursor mode to measure the currents of X1/X2. However, users always need to know the average current between X1 and X2, while it just provides cursor delta between X1 and X2. Are u kidding ? It makes no sense. PPK and after sale services are terrible. I want to complaints about the product.

Can you share more of the window? I don't understand your statement about it only providing delta. This is what I see:
It shows the average current consumption between the cursors, as you can also see from the screen shots in the user guide. What is your monitors resolution? I suspect there might be parts of the window you don't see on your screen for some reason. For your reference, I am adding how the software is shown when I'm running it.Also, please add some general information about your system, and hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this.
