spi lis2dh12 sensor porblem

Hello I am testing with the lis2dh12 sensor and our custom board. I made the LCD test successfully. So I tested the lis2dh12 sensor based on the LCD code, but it failed. There is no data return value. The pin configuration is correct and I checked it many times. I do not know if I can not interpret the datasheet or the code is wrong. Below is the lis2dh12 sensor code, datasheet, and Application note. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what the problem is. The following code refers to the self test in the Application note.

Have you checked the SPI bus with a logic analyzer to see if any data is transmitted/received? While chip and SDK version are you using? Have you checked if the spi event handler is ever executed?

If you see the event handler being executed, what do you mean by "There is no data return value"? Do you onle read zeros in the rx-buffer? It would be helpful if you could provide a logic trace of the SPI lines.
