Use of Command Line Tools in production

Hi Nordic,

    In order to program our boards with nRF52832 devices in production, we need a stand-alone, command line programming tool.

I believe that the command line tools will do this?

There are a number of question I have about this:

(1) What is the name of the command line tool .exe that will program the device (via J-Link or Nordic DK dev board)?

(2) What environment does it require? Does it require 32 bit or 64 bit (or can work with both)?

(3) What version(s) of Windows will it run under? Will it run on Windows XP, for example?

(4) Is the programming tool stand-alone, or does it require other files?  If so, what files does it need?

(5) Can you give an example of a command line instruction to program a nRF52832 device?

(1) Ok, thanks, but I cannot see any mention of which version(s) of Windows are supported?

(2) Also it says "The nrfjprog utility is developed for use together with SEGGER debuggers, so the SEGGER software must also be installed.". Is it possible to run the nrfjprog utility without installing the whole Segger IDE?  We do not want to have to do this in production... In the document http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF5x_Command_Line_Tools_v1.3.pdf  there is a list of files in 2.1.1.  Are these the files required to support use of the nrfjprog utility without having to install the whole Segger IDE?  Otherwise, can you provide which .dll's or other files are required to just allow nrfjprog to be run?

not the SEGGER IDE, just the SEGGER jlink software which is small.

Also: Which Versions of Windows support the command line tools (including the SEGGER jlink s/w)?

The nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools contains both nrfjprog and the J-link driver. It supports Win7 and Win10.

The nrfjprog.exe utility OS dependence, according to the Nordic website (https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver/blob/master/Installation.md) is:

Windows (XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10) 32 and 64-bit

Can you confirm that the Command Line Tools support Windows XP?
