As this thread is getting quite long, I've made a short summary with a list of phones we currently know supports BLE Long Range. 

There is also several other devices, such as different tablets, smartwatches etc. which also supports BLE Long Range.

Note that the list might be incomplete and there could be several other phones supporting BLE Long Range.
