Hi Belenie, 

current consumption numbers for our SDK examples can easily be generated using the PPK and the Power Profiler application in nRF Connect. 

BLE Beacon Advertising every 10 seconds

BLE Mesh Node (light_switch_server)

 

There are a lot of Thread examples are there any specific that you would like to power profile?

Hi Bjorn,

Can you please give me power profile for the following Thread examples:

• Multiprotocol examples show the usage of Thread and BLE within the same example application.
• Thread MQTT-SN Sleepy Nodes Example demonstrates interaction between sleeping nodes with the use of OpenThread and built-in MQTT-SN protocol.
• Thread NCP Example demonstrates an OpenThread application that can serve as a low-power wireless Network Co-Processor (NCP) to communicate with Userspace WPAN Network Daemon (wpantund)..

Hi Belenie, 

I apologize for the late reply. I am going on vacation the next two weeks so I've had a lot to wrap up before I leave the office. Unfortunately, I did not have time to perform the current consumption measurements today, so I wanted to ask if these measurements are very urgent. If they are then I'll do the measurements this weekend. If they can wait, then I'll ask one of my colleagues to pick it up some time next week or do them myself when I am back.  

Note: We're entering the summer holidays here in Norway so expect delayed answers due to short staffing in Tech Support for the next 3 weeks.
