Reading one ore more pack description failed

Hello,

We are trying to update to Keil uvision 5.11 and unfortunately breaking our teeth on the pack Installer. The Nordic SDK 5.2.0 is installed on the machine but when updating the pack installer we get lots of errors such as: "Error parsing node' #text :no declaration found for element ..."
