can't program nrf52832

I can't connect to the core with the segger conmand.

also when I want to recover it ,it give me the follows:

so what can I do to solve it ?

when I tried the command nrfjprog --recover -f nrf52 --log, I got this

I have delt with it. The jlink SN is illegal,so change the SN to normal is the way to solve it.
