Are you sure the Power switch is set to ON? Can you specify which evaluation kit you purchased (e.g. nRF52 DK)?
If you're programming the device using a Nordic SDK example, I don't think a bootloader (or bootloader mode) are required..
i am using nRF52 DK eval kit. I was just trying to look what are all different option in kit. The issue is resolved as i am able to reset the device now. But i think there is some issue with interface MCU, as if you entered bootloader mode, then we need to flash the J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin file again even if you haven't changed the code of interface MCU.
Yes, I believe you are correct that there is an issue with the interface MCU. Like you have posted, you will need to drag & drop the correct interface MCU FW bin file to get the dk out of bootloader mode.
Can you explain the procedure on how to flash the bin file( J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin) in the interface MCU? Which software you use to flash the bin file in interface MCU?
Just drag and drop the bin file to the JLINK directory
