Not able to boot interface mcu

I have purchased eval kit and entered bootloader mode by pressing BOOT/RESET button while powering up the device but haven't put any file but now when i power up the device it is not powering up.

Are you sure the Power switch is set to ON? Can you specify which evaluation kit you purchased (e.g. nRF52 DK)?

If you're programming the device using a Nordic SDK example, I don't think a bootloader (or bootloader mode) are required..

Can you explain the procedure on how to flash the bin file( J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin) in the interface MCU? Which software you use to flash the bin file in interface MCU?

Just drag and drop the bin file to the JLINK directory
