upload error while updating firmware via OTA using nrf connect application.

I am trying to update the firmware via OTA , while uploading the firmware I am getting "upload failed" message on the nrf connect application.

I am using nrf51422 board,sdk v10.0.0 .

I have downloaded the "dual_bank_ble_s110" boot loader firmware in the nrf51422 board.In nrf connect I have connected to "DfuTarg". 

I have created a zip file for "ble_hrs" example, so when I am trying to update the firmware from nrf connect I am getting "UPLOAD FAILED" message on the application.

Could anybody help me in solving this?

 updated the nrfutil but when I am trying to generate the zip file I am getting "Error: No such command "genpkg".

The other thing is when I loaded and connected to "ble_app_hrs with dfu" and trying to upload the dfu test image "dfu_test_app_hrm_s110 i, it is not happening showing the error "DFU_DEVICE_DISCONNECTED". 

I want to update dfu using sdk v10.0.0 only, so, how can I make it  to work?

Did some testing over here and it seems like the new nrfutil doesn't work with SDK10.0.0. If you instead use the nrfutil found in the Master Control Panel\3.10.0.14\nrf, but change --sd-req 0x0080 to 0x0064.

We tried to flash "ble_app_hrs with dfu" and uploading the dfu test image, everything seems to work fine over here at least. I would recommend you to using SDK12.3.0 instead, is there a reason why you are using SDK10.0.0?

I have changed the --sd -req 0x0080 to 0x0064, now it is working fine.
