Failed to open zephyr project on MacOS

After following the setup procedure and trying to open emStudio per the following image.

I get the following error:

emStudio still gets the same error on opening the project.

Hi Tommy, my problem is solved. In order to solve it, I need to source zephyr-env.sh and then run the application from the same terminal. See below.
