Ways to get the Thingy or nP-BLE52 out of deep sleep mode.

Can I wake up the Thingy to do sensor readings by sending a BLE packet to it from another BLE device?

or what are the ways I can get nRF52832/52840 out of deep sleep mode from external sources?

Thanks
