Hi I'm facing problem while programming my custom nrf52832 board (It might be issue with flash/ROM setting) its saying this hex file has a data in softdevice region . I'm using SDK_14.2.0 with SES and trying to upload blinky example with SoftDevice132.
Here is my SES settingFLASH_PH_START=0x0FLASH_PH_SIZE=0x80000RAM_PH_START=0x20000000RAM_PH_SIZE=0x10000FLASH_START=0x23000FLASH_SIZE=0x5d000RAM_START=0x20002180RAM_SIZE=0xde80
Normal example is working file but with softdevice I'm having this issue. Please try to help me out.

What do you mean by that?
Having a SoftDevice is pretty much "Normal" for anything to run on an nRF5 chip!

Do unmodified Nordic examples with SoftDevice work?
This is all internal to the chip - so the board should be irrelevant.
Check your project settings against a Nordic example.

Yes Same example is working fine in Nordic 52DK board but my IC version is different (52Dk has nrf52832QFAAE0 but I'm using nrf52832QFAAB0)
the QFAA indicates 64K RAM + 512K Flash - which is the same for both.
So it shouldn't be a memory issue.
Ok found solution their were multiple problem 1> RAM/ROM setting that I mistakenly changed 2> I'm not using X2 (32.768kHz) crystal on XL1 and XL2 to use crystal as source for LF clock so I have to use NRF_CLOCK_LF_SRC_SYNTH to synthesize it from the 32MHz crystal.
