Raytac MDBT50Q Programming for AT-Commands

Hello,
I am a beginner and I just got a Raytac "MDBT50Q" bluetooth 5 module based of nRF52840 Soc.MDBT50Q does not come with a builtin frimware to respond to AT-commands.Can somebody please, tell me how can I programm this module for AT commands.Thank you very much...

Hi Martin,

               Thanx for response.In my project I want to prgoram nRF52840 module to respond to AT commands sent to it by an external microcontroller.

After reading related posts on devzone I was able to upload the softdevice into the module. Next I have to write an application program to intract with softdevice. It would be helpfull if you guide me how to start that.
