Programming on a custom board with n51822 QFAABC1 IC.

I want to start start testing the sdk examples on this custom board. I have a J-link debugger. I don't know how to go about flashing the firmware into this board. Please help me get started with this. Is there any tutorial i can follow to Setup the board? 

If not, please guide me on how to program the IC with the softdevice then the SDK examples.

I am new to the NRF development.

I was able to dump the softdevice s130_nrf51_2.0.1_softdevice into the chip using nrf go studio. But I am unable dump the any of the example code as I don't know which pca to use. Please help me with this. 

The chip details are as follows:

 n51822 QFAAC1 IC.
