nrf52810 ble_app_uart project,add ble_dis services failed

The project was compiled correctly and the DEVICE service could not be found using nrfconnect

i used the ble_app_hrs_freertos in DK <PCA10056> , Also found only one Nordic_HRM service !

but this project already add others services ！

I DON'T KOWN WTHAT HAPPEN !
