I have installed "mastercontrolpanel.3.4.0.8098.x86.msi" on my PC, I could not find my master dongle after runing it with my dongle be inserted in USB slot. The screen is like attachments. what wrong with it?

Does the dongle enumerate properly?
This can be verified under your device settings.
It should come up as "J-Link", and show under COM ports as "J-Link CDC UART port"
