I have installed "mastercontrolpanel.3.4.0.8098.x86.msi" on my PC, I could not find my master dongle after runing it with my dongle be inserted in USB slot. The screen is like attachments. what wrong with it?

yes, my dongle enumerate properly. It come up as "JLink CDC UART port (COM4) in the device settings. Is there any other posibility letting MCP could not fine it?
